聚丙烯汽车内饰材料低温多轴冲击性能的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用不同乙烯–辛烯共聚物弹性体(POE)制备了满足-30℃低温多轴冲击测试标准的聚丙烯汽车内饰材料。多轴冲击测试和透射电镜表明:相对于密度高的POE,采用低密度的POE更能提高材料的抗冲击性能,同时弹性体在基体树脂中的分散尺寸较小,且分布均匀,有助于进一步提高材料的低温冲击韧性。 The polypropylene blend for automobile interiors meeting the low temperature at -30℃ muhi- axial impact testing standards were prepared via selecting the POEs. The multi-axial impact testing and trans- mission electron microscope indicated that comparing to POEs with high density, the impact property of poly- propylene blend was enhanced by low density POE, the dispersion size of elastomer was smaller which was e- venly to improve the low temperature impact property of material.
