动态顶空进样–气质联用法分析PA10T树脂的可挥发性组分 被引量:4

摘要 采用动态顶空进样-气质联用法对半芳香族尼龙树脂PA10T进行了分析。结果表明:在加工温度条件下,PA10T树脂中主要挥发组分有15种,主要为醛类、烃类、腈类、芳环类物质和少量含氮环状物质。该方法快速,准确,可以作为PA10T树脂品质控制用检测方法。 The volatile components in PA10T resin were analyzed by combining dynamic headspace sam- pling with GC-MS. It was found that the volatile components were mainly composed of fifteen substances belonging to aldehydes, alkanes, alkenes, nitriles, aromatic compounds and few nitrogenous ring compounds. The result showed that this rapid and correct method can be used to the quality control of PA10T resin.
