摘要
采用反相气相色谱技术测定PVC树脂中单体(VCM)脱吸速率,与双粒子扩散模型拟合,计算得到四个参数(X1、d1、X2、d2),并定义了吸附系数。结果表明,双粒子扩散模型能准确地描述悬浮PVC树脂的脱吸过程,吸附系数可以表征树脂脱吸VCM的难易程度,聚集体质量分数可以表征树脂的塑化性能;颗粒特性数据可以用来考察温度对树脂内部颗粒形态的影响,验证复合分散剂的调整方向,考察平均粒径及粒径分布对VCM脱吸速率的影响。
The desorption rate of VCM from PVC resin was gained by inverse gas chromatography, combined with dual particles diffusion model, obtained X1 , d1, X2, d2and defined the sorption coefficient. The result showed that dual particles diffusion model could be used to characterize the desorption process, sorption coefficient could be used to show how easy desorption could be, the percentage content of aggregate particle can characterize the resin plasticizing performance. Particle properties dater could used to examine the effect of temperature on the internal particle morphology of the resin, verify the adjustment direction of the composite dispersant, study the impact of the average particle size and particle size distribution on VCM desorption rate.
