Influence of Different Additives on the Fluidity of Ferrite/PPS Composites

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备了含三油酸甘油酯或硅油的铁氧体/聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料,利用熔融指数仪测量复合材料的流动性,通过DSC、XRD和SEM等手段研究了不同添加剂对铁氧体/PPS复合材料流动性的影响。结果发现,硅油的加入对改善聚苯硫醚复合体系的流动性能效果不大,而加入三油酸甘油酯,可以使PPS复合材料的流动性明显改善。流动性改善的主要原因是三油酸甘油酯能够均匀分散到PPS分子链之间,一方面减少了PPS分子链相互之间的交联和摩擦,另一方面降低了PPS的结晶度。 Ferrite/polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composites containing glycerol trioleate or silicone oil were prepared by meh-blending method. The fluidity of the composites was measured by using the melt index instrument. DSC, XRD and SEM were used to study the influences of different additives on the fluidity of fer- rite/PPS composites. The results showed that the fluidity of composites was not significantly improved with the addition of silicone oil. However, adding glycerol trioleate obviously increased the fluidity of composites. The main reason of the improvement of fluidity was associated that the small molecules of glycerol trioleate could be evenly dispersed into PPS molecular chains. It reduced the cross-linking and friction between PPS molecular chains, and decreased the PPS crystallinity.
