摘要
在当今多元文化思潮的背景下,科学的理想信念受到一定冲击,一些青年教师理想信念出现了错误的倾向。构建青年教师理想信念体系具有重要意义。学校要寻求多元文化背景下加强青年教师理想信念的路径,加快青年教师理想信念体系的构建。
In today＇s context of muhicuhural trends, scientific ideals and beliefs are impacted. Some young teachers ＂ideals and behefs are in the wrong tendency. Constructing young teachers＂ ideals and belief system is of great signifi- cance. School should seek the path to strengthen young teachers＇ ideals and beliefs under the muhicuhural background and speed up the construction of the system.
