摘要
针对广西柳州华锡集团股份有限公司车河选矿厂工艺中存在脱水斗沉降面积太小、分级效果不理想、螺旋返砂品位低、分级脱细措施不完善,台浮摇床给矿含泥、含细粒级偏高等问题,通过技术改造,台浮系统锡回收率由改造前的45.04%提高到了53.27%,全厂的锡回收率由改造前的66.04%提高到了71.04%,创造了可观的经济效益。
To address the problems such as small sedimentation area of the dewatering bucket, poor classification, low grade of sand returning from spiral classifier, relatively high content of slime and fine particles in the feeding to the table flotation, technological upgrading has been carried out. By comparison, the recovery of Sn is improved from 45.04% to 53.27% in table flotation system and the whole recovery of Sn is improved 66.04% to 71.04%. Great economic result has been achieved.
