摘要
实现高硫铝土矿工业应用需要解决的难点之一就是如何减少一水硬铝石的夹带。通过单矿物浮选试验、动电位、扫描电镜等方法,研究了脱硫体系下减少一水硬铝石夹带的相关机理。变性淀粉可显著降低一水硬铝石的夹带率,变性淀粉加入不影响黄铁矿回收率,随着变性淀粉用量的增加,一水硬铝石的夹带率逐渐降低到一固定值。
One of the problems in achieving industrial utilization of high-sulfur reduce diaspore entrainment. Pure mineral flotation experiment, Zeta-potential and SEM the mechanism of reducing diaspore entrainment in desulfurization process. Modified diaspore entrainment without any influence on pyrite recovery. With the amount increasing, the diaspore entrainment can be gradually reduced finally to a fixed value.
