摘要
真空炉锗渣经加钙盐氯化蒸馏提锗后,金属铟及铁、锡、锑等一同进入蒸馏残液中,以此残液为原料,N503为萃取剂,考察了不同萃取条件下残液中各金属离子的走向。结果表明,该工艺适合相对低酸度条件,而且铟萃取率高,并可回收三氯化铁、锡和锑,萃取剂可再生循环使用。
In, Fe, Sn and Sb entered into the vinasse liquid in the process of germanium chloridization-distilling slag with calcium salt addition. Indium was extracted successfully this lixiviated liquid, and the trends of mostly metal ion under different extracting conditi gated.
