摘要
1989年在富阳(30°05’N,119~56’E)自然条件下连续观察4个光敏核不育系和对照珍汕97A 不育系的育性表现。结果表明,育性转换因品种不同而异。安农 S 和 N5047S 分别具有18天(8/15-9/1)和6天(8/6-8/11)较长的持续稳定的不育期;而 W6154S 和87N123S 分别为2天(8/4-8/5)和3天(8/13-8/15),基本上无明显的转换期。同时发现减数分裂期的日最低温度对不育期育性的恢复有一定程度的负相关。
Fertility performance of 4 PGMSRs and the check variety cyto-male sterile line, Zhenshan 97A,were observed under natural condition in Fuyang,Zhejiang in 1989.The result showed that the fertility transfer differed with varieties.Annong S and N5047S had sterile durations of 18 days(Aug.15-Sept.1)and 6 days(Aug.6-11),respectively.However,W6154S and 87N123S had only 2 days(Aug.4-5)and 3 days(Aug.13-15),which appeared to be no obvious fertility transfer periods.A negative relationship was found between daily minimum temperature in meiotic division phase and the restoration from sterile to fertile.
