摘要
以玻璃纤维增强尼龙66注塑的厚壁件为对象,从制品结构、模具设计及注射成型过程中各工艺参数如模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力、保压时间等方面研究了其翘曲变形的成因,发现浇口位置的变更对产品的翘曲变形影响很大。
Using glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 thick-walled injection part as research object, the reasons of warpage which occured in manufacture were analyzed from the aspects such as part structure, mold structure and injection process parameters including mold temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure, packing time. In this project, the alteration of gate location had most significant effect on warpage.
