介绍了一款三功能手握花洒塑料喷头注射模设计,该模具采用外螺纹侧向抽芯以及圆弧侧向抽芯机构,圆弧抽芯的动力来源于马达。模具多处采用喷管件冷却,成型的塑料件最后由推管推出。模具结构复杂新颖,动作稳定可靠。
The injection mould of a triple-functional hand-hold plastic shower is presented. This model use male thread, side core-pulling and side arc core-pulling mechanism, and the power source of arc core-pulling is engine. Several places of the mould adopt nozzle cooling. The plastic part is finally pushed out by the ejector. The structure of the mould is complex but novel. Its performance is stable and steady.
