摘要
为了提高红曲色素的产量和质量,以广西当地农家自制的红曲米为出发菌株,通过平板分离和紫外诱变,分离出一株高产色素的菌株。经过10次的传代培养,产色能力基本稳定在950U/g,表明该菌株已具备相对稳定的遗传性质。
In order to improve the quantity and quality of pigment, the red yeast rice was used in this experiment. We obtain a stain of high-yielding Monascus red pigments through plate separation and UV mutagenesis, through ten generations stability experiments, the ability to produce red pigment is stable at 950 U/g, that indicating the strain has a relatively stable genetic character.
