摘要
以总蛋白含量和比生长速率为评价指标,进行综合评分后,优化了螺旋藻培养液中碳、氮、磷源的种类和浓度,其中,碳源为NaHCO37.00g/L、氮源为尿素0.10g/L、磷源为KH2PO40.10g/L。与对照Zarrouk配方相比,该优化配方不但可以降低螺旋藻的生产成本,而且显著提高了螺旋藻总蛋白含量、色素蛋白含量和类胡萝卜素含量。
Using the content of total protein and specific growth rate as evaluation indexes, the optimal carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in spirulina culture medium was obtained by colligation score as follows: NaHCO3 7.00 g/L, urea 0.10 g/L, KH2PO4 0.10 g/L. Compared with Zarrouk medium, the optimal medium not only decreased its cost, but also increased the content of total protein, pigment protein and carotenoid of spirulina.
