摘要
以新疆红枣干粉为原料,以水提醇沉法提取多糖,在单因素基础上,通过L9(34)正交实验确定最佳提取工艺条件,并对提取的红枣粗多糖采用化学发光法进行抗氧化活性评价。研究表明:红枣多糖最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1:35、提取温度80℃、提取时间为7h。红枣粗多糖清除超氧阴离子的半数抑制浓度IC50为10.77mg/mL,清除羟基自由基的IC50为1.89mg/mL,清除H2O2的IC50为9.49mg/mL。
The optimal process of extracting polysaccharides from zizyphus jujube by water extractingalcohol precipitating was studied and the optimal conditions were obtained by L9(3^4) orthogonal expeniment on the basis of single factor test in this paper. Meanwhile, the anti oxidant activities of the crude polysaccharides were also studied by chemiluminescence. The results showed that the optimal conditions by orthogonal expeniment were in the following: temperature 80℃, time 7 hours and the ratio of material to solvent 1:35. It was demonstrated that the crude polysaccharides of zizyphus jujube had powerful ability to clear off superoxide radicals(IC50=10.77 mg/mL), hydroxyl radicals(IC50=1.89 mg/mL) hydrogen peroxide (IC50=9.49 mg/mL).
