摘要
花蛤是人们比较喜欢食用的双壳贝类。但死花蛤、泥花蛤及裂花蛤等异常蛤经常影响其食用质量。利用敲击活花蛤与异常花蛤所产生的声音信号差异,结合计算机技术,设计一台能自动剔除异常花蛤的设备。该设备可大大提高花蛤净化效率、降低劳动强度。
Clam is one of the bivalve shellfishes that people prefer to eat.But,unfortunately,the abnormal clams such as the dead ones,the mud cracked ones and the ones with soil often affect the quality of eating.Combined with computer technology,the differences between sound-signals of live clams and abnormal lives by knocking on them were used to design the automatically-remove–abnormal-clam device.The device can greatly improve the clam cleaning efficiency as reduce labor intensity.
