摘要
对聚碳酸酯(PC)胶液的酸洗和水洗过程进行了试验研究,分别考察了混合强度、温度、PC质量分数、水油体积相比对PC胶液洗涤效果的影响。温度和PC质量分数对洗涤效果影响不大。酸洗是一个化学反应过程,洗涤速度较快,最佳条件是盐酸中HCl与PC胶液中三乙胺摩尔比为1∶1,搅拌速度1 800 r/min,洗涤时间为2 min,洗涤后油相中三乙胺的质量分数为0。水洗为物理过程,速度较慢,最佳条件水油体积比0.8∶1,转速1 800 r/min,搅拌时间50 min,洗涤2次,水相的电导率小于40μS/cm。在此基础上,对中试装置洗涤流程进行了优化,将其中一级酸洗变为水洗,后二级水洗分别采用新鲜水,水油体积相比降低至0.4∶1。与原有装置相比,节约了新鲜水和盐酸的用量,解决了洗涤后胶液偏酸性、质量不稳定的问题,取得了良好的效果。
The effects of stirring intensity, of water/oil on the washing result of PC Temperature and PC process with a fast w temperature, polycarbonate (PC) glue were studied in the PC glue mass fraction and phase volume ratio pickling and water washing process. mass fraction have a little effect on the washing process. The pickling is a chemical reaction ashing rate. For pickling process, the optimum washing conditions are that the mole ratio of HC1 in water phase and triethylamine in oil phase (PC glue) is 1 : 1, the stirring speed is 1 800 r/min, and the pickling time is 2 min. In the optimum conditions, the mass fraction of triethylamine in oil phase is 0 after washing. The water washing is a physical process with a slow washing rate. For water washing process, the optimum conditions are that the phase volume ratio of water/oil is 0.8 : 1, it is washed twice at the speed of 1 800 r/min for 50 rain each time, and the water phase conductivity is less than 40 μS/cm. Based on the study, the washing process of pilot plant was optimized, in which one-stage pickling is replaced by one-stage water washing, fresh water is used for the last two stage washing processes, and water/oil phase volume ratio is further decreased to 0.4 : 1. Compared with the original process, the usage of fresh water and hydrochloric acid is reduced, PC glue is not acidic, and the quality is stable.
