核因子κB信号通路的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 核因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa-B,NF-κB)是广泛存在于哺乳动物细胞中的一种重要转录调控因子,能与多种细胞基因的启动子和增强子序列位点发生特异性结合,通过调控多种重要的细胞因子、黏附分子、趋化因子、生长因子和免疫受体的表达,在机体的免疫应答、炎症反应及细胞的生长调控等方面发挥重要的作用[1],其活化也参与细胞增殖和凋亡的过程。
