摘要
对现有的各种火灾逃生设备进行分析,研制"可折叠式火灾逃生通道"。该逃生通道利用气弹簧与水带自动铺设,平时存放时只占用很小的空间,发生火灾时可以快速开辟出一条安全通道,将受困人员与有毒有害气体形成的浓烟隔离,在短时间内帮助人员疏散。设计过程中使用Pro/Innovator计算机辅助创新软件(CAI)进行改进和可行性分析。仿真和实际测试结果表明,该逃生通道在需用时可以快速方便地以手动或自动的方式展开,有效隔离火场有毒烟雾。
Relevant researches on fire accidents indicate that ma jority of casualties are caused by thick smoke formed by poison ous gas and lack of oxygen. We hereby put forward our "Expandable Fire Escape Passage" which is specially designed to separate people trapped in fire spot from surrounding poisonous smoke. With the help of gas-spring and fire hose, we make it possible to be deployed automatically without the need for electricity. It will take just a half minute to stretch out to its full length from its compact structure when folded. The number of casualties is therefore greatly reduced. We were aided by Pro/ Innovator in designing on improvement and feasibility analysis including structural optimization, technical contradiction analysis, fire spot simulation and material selection. Finally, a model in its half size is accomplished which is much closer to practical application. Both computer simulations and actual tests have proved that the passage can be deployed promptly either manu ally or automatically in case of an emergency to effectively ex clude poisonous smoke from the fire.
