摘要
目的检测特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白质1(special AT-rich sequence binding protein 1,SATB1)在口腔常见良恶性肿瘤中的表达,初步分析其表达与口腔鳞癌病理分级的关系。方法选口腔鳞癌36例,腺样囊性癌14例,口腔多形性腺瘤4例,口腔白斑4例,正常牙龈组织2例。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测SATB1在各组织中的表达差异。结果 SATB1主要表达于肿瘤细胞胞核中。口腔鳞癌36例中14例(38.9%)SATB1表达阳性,主要表达于细胞浆中,部分表达于细胞核内;腺样囊性癌14例(100.0%)SATB1表达阳性,主要表达于细胞核中,表达较口腔鳞癌明显;1例多形性腺瘤组织和1例口腔白斑组织有少量SATB1弱阳性表达;2例口腔正常牙龈上皮组织中SATB1未见明显表达。SATB1在Ⅱ~Ⅲ级鳞癌表达明显高于Ⅰ级鳞癌(P<0.01)。结论 SATB1在口腔鳞癌中主要表达于胞浆,并与病理分级有关,在腺样囊性癌中主要表达于胞核。
Objective To detect the special AT-rich sequence binding protein I(SATB1) expression in oral benign and malignant tumors and analyze its relationship with pathological classifications of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The SATB1 expression was detected by immunohistochemical staining(SABC) in 36 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma, 14 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma, 4 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 4 cases of leukoplakia and 2 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results The expression of SATB1 was mainly in cytoplasm of 14 cases of squamous cell carcinoma(38. 9% ), and in nucleus of 14 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma( 100. 0% ). Weak positive expression in pleomorphic adenoma and leukoplakia were found in 1 case respectively. There was no obvious expression in normal oral mucosa. The positive rate of SATB1 in class Ⅱ-Ⅲ oral squamous cell carcinoma was obviously higher than that in class I(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The expression of SATB1 is mainly in cytoplasm of squamous cell carcinoma, and in nucleus of adenoid cystic carcinoma. SATB1 is correlated with pathological classifications of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
