盐酸依匹斯汀联合摩拉生物共振治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的采用摩拉生物共振物理治疗系统(MORA bioresonance therapy system,MORA)检测慢性荨麻疹患者的变应原,了解常见的引发荨麻疹的物质及评估盐酸依匹斯汀联合MORA治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将65例荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用盐酸依匹斯汀口服联合MORA治疗的方法;对照组单用盐酸依匹斯汀口服,疗程均为4周,于治疗前和治疗后分别对病情进行评分。结果 (1)MORA检测过敏原以尘螨(粉尘螨+屋尘螨)阳性率最高(39.3%~50.0%),其次依次为霉菌和食物添加剂(均为35.7%),纺织洗涤剂染料(32.2%),鱼类和细菌类(均为28.6%)。(2)两组治疗前后临床评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),有效率也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸依匹斯汀联合MORA治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广和研究。 Objective To investigate the common sensitizing agents in patients with chronic urticaria by MORA and assess the clinical efficacy and safety of MORA combined with epinastine hydrochloride for chronic urticaria. Methods Sixty-five patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups: The treatment group received the treatment of MORA combined with epinastine hydrochloride; The control group received epinastine hydrochloride simply. The course of treatment were four weeks, before and after the course their efficacy were assessed. Results The positive rate of dust mite, which varied from 39. 3 % to 50. 0%, was the highest among the tested allergens, followed by that of mound 35.7% ,food additives 35.7%, textile detergent dye 32. 2%, fish 28. 6% and bacteria 28.6%. After treatment obvious dicreases in clinical scores were found in both groups. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of MORA combined with epinastine hydrochloride could be an effective and safe choice for patients with chronic urticaria, worthy of more clinical study and promotion.
