环孢霉素A作为免疫抑制剂在器官移植后抗排斥反应方面占有重要地位。环孢霉素A可以引起药物性牙龈增生,影响口腔卫生和美观,严重时影响患者的咀嚼和发音功能。该文对环孢霉素A引起药物性牙龈增生的临床病理及发病机制的研究现状作一综述。

Cyclosporine A plays an important role in anti-rejection reaction after organ transplantion. Cyclosporine A can induce gingival overgrowth. It will affect oral hygiene and beauty. It also can affect chewing and pronouncing. This article reviewed the clinical pathology and the mechanisms of gingival overgrowth induced by CsA.
