This paper briefly introduces the responsibilities, composition, scope of work of the Department of Equipment Management in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant and illustrates the technique platforms of this department. It also introduces the application and effects of equipment analysis and management which provides a creative attempt and new development concept for operation and management in Hydropower Plant.
