介绍湖北省长阳县以开发水利资源为龙头,建设水电初级农村电气化,实施"脱贫-致富-奔小康"工程的措施、经验及成果。
The. paper is intended to introduce that Changyang County in Hubei province has taken water resources development as a priority, built elementary hydropower and electrification facilities in rural areas. The measures, experience and accomplishments of the project - ＂shaking off poverty, making wealth and arriving at well-being life＂ has also beenillustrated.
