摘要
介绍了紧水滩水库开展水位动态控制研究的必要性和可行性,对分期洪水、设计频率洪水水位动态控制域、动态控制方法等进行研究,分别确定了紧水滩水库各月的水位控制范围。研究表明,紧水滩水库适当抬高运行水位将有利于提高水库汛末的蓄满率,在不影响防汛安全的前提下,能够发挥良好的发电效益。
The feasibility and necessity of research on automatically controlling the water level in Jinshuitan reservoir are introduced. The staging flood, flood water level dynamic control in frequency domain and dynamic controlling methods and so forth are studies so as to determine monthly water level control range in Jinshuitan reservoir. These researches indicate that the appropriate elevation of Jinshuitan reservoir operation water level will be beneficial to improve fill storage ratio in reservoir flood season and create good profits of power generation without the influence on safely flood prevention.
