摘要
通过中国境内实施的首个经国家批准的BOT试点项目,及首个采用PPP模式运作的城市基础设施领域即首个采用特许经营模式投资运作的轨道交通项目在融资方面的实证分析,对两种特许经营项目融资模式进行比较分析,事实与理论相结合总结两种模式之间的联系和不同之处。
By analyzing the fact in respect of financing for the first trial BOT project approved by the State Government implemented in China, and the first urban infrastructure built in PPP model, namely the rail communication project in the form of concession operation with investment, a comparison was made separately between the two models of financing for the concession projects, and concluded the inter -relation and difference between the two models by combining the facts and theory.
