入世后辽宁省外贸依存度变动研究

On dependence degree of foreign trade in Liaoning Province after entering WTO

通过对1994—2010年辽宁省相关贸易数据进行整理,分析入世前后辽宁省外贸依存度的变动情况,得出入世促进了辽宁省对外贸易的发展,但辽宁省对外贸易与其他沿海省市相比发展滞后,其贸易结构有待优化的结论。在此基础上,围绕对外贸易结构的4种表现形式分别进行定量分析,进而挖掘出辽宁省外贸依存度背后深层次的贸易结构问题,并探求较为可行的政策建议与措施。

Based on related trade data of Liaoning Province from 1994 to 2010, the variation of dependence degree of foreign trade in Liaoning Province before and after entering WTO is analyzed. Conclusions are drawn that entering WTO stimulates the development of foreign trade in Liaoning Province, but the foreign trade in Liaoning Province is laggard compared with that of other coastal provinces and municipalities, and the trade structure of it should be streamlined. Based on it, quantitative analysis is carded out on the 4 formsof the structure of foreign trade, the hidden rooted problems of trade structure of the dependence degree of foreign trade in Liaoning Province is explored, and feasible policy advices and solutiOns are discussed.
