摘要
从科学实践哲学的实践性和地方性知识的视角重新审视中医学诊疗实践活动,指出它是不同于西方医学的另一种有效诊疗实践的地方性知识,通过对中医"证"概念的辨析和现代中医诊疗"胸痹"案例的解读,呈现了中医知识的建构过程与它的历史时代、哲学观念、社会结构、价值信念、利益等因素相互交织密切关联的必要性。
Clinic practices of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is a local knowledge system,which is different from Western medicine from the perspective of practical characteristics and local knowledge of philosophy of scientific practice.This article analyses the concept of Zheng in TCM and demonstrates a case about chest pain,in order to show the construction process of TCM relating to historical era,philosophy cogitation,social structure,values and beliefs,interests and other factors.
