摘要
对Manapal Tm-2^(nv)及其子代的水平方向试材——转育材料和杂一代与垂直方向试材——自交和回交后代,在苗期接种TMV1株系的结果为:转育材料与Manapal Tm-2^(nv)抗性水平一致(HR);F_1均有不同程度感病,抗性水平下降(R);自交和回交后代的发病牢和病情指数与幼苗群体中所含的R(抗性因子)值呈负相关。认为Tm-2^(nv)基因对TMV的抗性遗传是独立而稳定的,且在F_1中表现为不完全显性;F_1抗病程度关键在于作抗病亲本的选择。
The seedling of Manapal Tm-2^(nv) (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) and its generations in horizontal plane (5 material with homozygous Tin-2^(nv) gene and their hybrid F_1) as well as its generations of selfing and backcrossing of F_1 in vertical plane were inoculated with strain 1 of TMV. The results showed that the resistance of 5 materials was same as that of Manapal Tm-2^(nv); some plants in each F_1 were infected in different digrees; there was negative correlation found between R (resistant factors) in seedling colony and rate of diseased plant, between Rand disease index.It was considered that resistant inheritance of Tm-2^(nv) gene in Manapal is independent and stable, while incomplete dorminance is presented in F_1 and the resistant degree of hybrid F_1 is mainly decided by non-resistant parent.
