摘要
目的:观察腺梗豨莶IIA对深静脉血栓形成大鼠vWF及ICAM-1水平的影响。方法:SD大鼠60只随机平均分入正常对照组、模型对照组、阿司匹林组、肝素组、腺梗豨莶IIA高、低剂量组,采用环形缩窄下肢股静脉管腔1/2限流,直流电持续电击损伤法造下肢深静脉血栓模型,造模6h后采血。酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清中vWF及ICAM-1的含量。结果:深静脉血栓形成模型大鼠血清中vWF、ICAM-1水平明显升高,腺梗莶IIA可以降低vWF、ICAM-1水平,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:腺梗豨莶IIA能改善炎性反应,减轻静脉血栓大鼠血管内皮细胞的损伤,有明显的血管内皮保护作用。
Objective :To observe the Siegesbeckia pubescens makino IIA on deep venous thrombosis of rat vWF and ICAM-1 levels. Methods :60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, aspirin, heparin, siegesbeckia pubescens makino IIA high and low dose group, through annular constriction lower limbs of femoral vein cavity 1/2 limit, direct current continued to electric shock injury made model of deep venous thrombosis,6h after establishment of models, blood sampling was used to determine the level of content of serum VWf and ICAM-1 with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA ). Results :Deep venous thrombosis model in rat serum vWF, ICAM-1 levels were significantly increased, siegesbeckia pubescens makino IIA can reduce vWF, ICAM-1 levels whicn compared with the model group were significantly different (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Siegesbeckia pubescens makino IIA can regulate the inflammatory response of the body, relieve venous thrombosis of vascular endothelial Cell Injury and have obvious endothelial protection.
