谈《金匮要略》中眩晕病症方证辨治

Decoction Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Dizziness in Synopsis of Golden Chamber

眩晕是临床常见病症,病因多样,仲景尤其重视水气痰饮致病的病理因素,为后世论治本病奠定了坚实基础。仲景论治眩晕,辨证精当,处方灵活,用药详备,疗效确切。文章谨遵经旨,依据病机,将其分为3类:虚证眩晕,实证眩晕,水气病所致眩晕。分列十四方证,对其病机立法、治疗特色以及处方用药进行详实阐述,以期对临床辨治本病有所裨益。

Dizziness is a common clinical symptom, etiology being diverse, Zhong-jing particularly emphasize on water-dampness pathological factors, laying a solid foundation for future generations TCM expert treatment of this disease. Zhong-jing decoction syndrome treatment of dizziness is flexible, prescription compatibility full and clear, medication precise and appropriate, with effect prominent. This article follows classic original, according to patho-mechanism, dizziness will be divided into three, namely：deficiency syndrome, excess syndrome, water-dampness syndrome, and fourteen decoction. This article systematicly introduces Zhong-jing＇s decoction syndrome and pathomechanism, treatment characteristics, the use of prescription and herbs and so on, in order to provide an important reference for clinical treatment.
