血清孕酮诊断早期异位妊娠的意义

The Value of Serum Pregestevore in the Early Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨血清孕酮(P)对异位妊娠(EP)早期诊断的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2010年7月—2011年4月本院EP患者100例中,采用化学发光分析法测定其血清孕酮值,与同期100例因先兆流产就诊而被证实为宫内早孕者血清孕酮值进行比较分析。结果:异位妊娠患者血清孕酮值为(6.12±5.23)nmol/L,因先兆流产就诊而被证实为宫内早孕者为(15.31±4.37)nmol/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。选择15nmol/L为血清孕酮临界值时,异位妊娠与正常宫内妊娠的鉴别诊断中,阳性预测值为88.4%,阴性预测值为91.7%,敏感性为92%,特异性为88%。结论:血清孕酮检测简便、快捷,诊断率较高,可作为临床上早期诊断异位妊娠的重要辅助手段,从而有助于异位妊娠及时诊断与治疗,降低风险。

Results ： Progesterone in the ectopic pregnancy group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ 6.12 ± 5.23 ） nmol/L vs （ 15.31 ± 4.37 ）nmol/L, P〈0.01, when you choose the serum progesterone critical value is 15nmol/L, Ectopic pregnancy and normal intrauterine pregnancy in the differential diagnosis, positive predictive value is 88.4%, Negative predictive value is 91.7%, sensitivity is 92%, specificity is 88%. Conclusion： Serum progesterone detection is simple and fast, diagnosis rate is higher, and it Can be used as a clinical diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy important auxiliary measures. Thus it can help to diagnosis and treatment the ectopic pregnancy timely.
