健脾益肺方治疗脾肺气虚型糖尿病便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Yifei Prescription Treating Diabetic Constipation Due to Spleen-Lung Qi Deficiency

目的:观察健脾益肺方治疗脾肺气虚型糖尿病便秘的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例予健脾益肺方,对照组32例予西沙必利。疗程4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为62.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善粪便性状、排便困难、排便时间、排便频率方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肺方治疗脾肺气虚型糖尿病便秘疗效显著。

Objective ： The clinical effect of Jianpi Yifei Decoction treating diabetis constipation due to spleen-lung qi deficiency was observed. Methods ： 68 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases in the treatment group were given Jianpi Yifei Decoction; 32 cases in the control group were given eisapride. The treatment course was 4 weeks. Results ： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.7% ,62.5% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; compared with the control group, the treatment group has statistically significant differences in improving stool, difficulty in defecation, defecation time, defecation frequency （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： JianpiYifei Decoction has curative effect on diabetic constipation due to spleen-lung qi deficiency.
