按摩治疗脂肪肝疗效观察及机理探讨

Effect Observation and Mechanism Study of Treating Fatty Liver by Massage

目的:探讨按摩疗法治疗脂肪肝的作用与机制。方法:对2009年4月—2011年1月间来诊的脂肪肝患者40例进行手法治疗。治疗前后观察患者症状体征变化,影像学变化,检测肝功与血脂(TG、TC、HDL、LDL)。结果:患者相关证状明显好转,B超、血脂、肝功等检测显示诸项指标明显改善。总有效率达90%,其中治愈率为17.5%。结论:按摩疗法对脂肪肝具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效地缓解症状、改善肝功、降低血脂。

Objective ： The role and mechanism of the massage method for treating fatty liver were investigated. Methods ： Massage treatment on 40 fatty liver cases between 2009.4-2011.1 were observed the changes in symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment, radiographic changes, liver function and serum lipids （ TG, TC, HDL and LDL ） were also included. Results ： The significant improvement with the relevant symptoms in patients, such as type-B ultrasonic, blood lipids, liver function and other tests showed significant improvement in various indicators. The total effective rate was 90%, cure rate was 17.5%. Conclusion： Massage has a good therapeutic effect on fatty liver and can effectively relieve symptoms, improve liver function and reduce blood lipids.
