Nursing Experience of Transurethral Resection of Prostate Plasma Perioperative Period

目的:总结良性前列腺增生患者进行经尿道等离子前列腺切除术围手术期的护理要点,以及根据术后并发症采取相应护理措施的干预效果。方法:分析我科1178例患者进行经尿道等离子前列腺切除术的良性前列腺增生患者术前合并症以及术后并发症的特点,给予积极、及时的护理措施干预,并分析护理效果。结果:针对术前合并症(心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病、肺部疾病、泌尿系疾病、心理压力及负担等)及术后并发症(出血、膀胱痉挛、深静脉血栓、急性附睾炎、尿失禁及尿道狭窄),给予相应的护理干预措施后均取得良好治疗效果。结论:对于进行经尿道等离子前列腺切除术患者,术前全面评估重要脏器功能及心理负担,术后及时发现并发症,并给予相应的护理措施干预,不仅能增加手术、麻醉的安全性,还能加快、促进患者康复,增强治疗效果。

Objective： To summarize perioperative care points of the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia by transurethral resection of the prostate plasma, and the intervention effect of corresponding nursing according to the postoperative complications. Method ： The characteristics of preoperative and postoperative complications of transurethral resection of prostate among 1178 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were analyzed. Positive and timely nursing interventions were provided and analyzed. Results： For the preoperative complications （ cardio-cerebral disease, endocrine diseases, lung disease, urinary diseases, psychological pressure and burdens ） and postoperative complications （ bleeding, bladder spasms, deep vein thrombosis, acute epididymitis, incontinence and urethral stricture ）, corresponding nursing interventions have achieved good effects after treatment. Conclusion ： For transurethral resection of the prostate, preoperative full assessment of important viscera function and psychological burden as well as timely discovery of postoperative complications, which were given corresponding nursing interventions, can not only increase the safety of anesthesia, but improve the recovery and enhance the treatment effect.
