医学生情绪智力及其与应对效能间关系的研究

Study on Emotional Intelligence and Its Relationship with Coping Efficacy in Medical College Students

目的探讨医学生的情绪智力及其与应对效能之间的关系。方法采用情绪智力量表和应对效能量表对中国医科大学761名学生进行测试。结果情绪智力得分在性别、不同生源地、是否独生子女之间存在显著差异;情绪智力与应对效能及各分量表之间存在显著的正相关（r=0.15~0.40）;应对效能中的胜任力、认知水平、自信程度能够有效地预测医学生的情绪智力。结论女生的情绪智力高于男生,城市生源学生的情绪智力高于非城市生源学生,独生子女的情绪智力高于非独生子女。医学生情绪智力与应对效能之间存在明显正相关关系。

Objective To study the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping efficacy of medical college students.Methods 761 medical college students in China Medical University were selected as the samples to complete Emotional Intelligence Scale and Coping Efficacy Scale.Results There were significant differences in gender,different origins of students and only child in emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with coping efficacy（r =0.15-0.40）.Competency,self-confidence and cognitive level were able to efficiently forecast the emotional intelligence of medical college students.Conclusion In the emotional intelligence scores,the female students were higher than the male students;urban students were higher than countryside students;only-children were higher than non-only children.Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with coping efficacy.
