摘要
在对比平模和环模固化成型机的基础上,设计了一种圆锥模成型结构。根据赫兹接触理论对其模型进行简化,以此为基础对成型区物料进行有限元分析,得出锥角和挤压力的大致取值范围;对挤压区物料的受力分析得出攫取高度;对压辊进行受力分析得出功率。并且对关键参数作了分析,为成型机的设计提供依据。
Based on the comparison of the straw molding machine with flat-die and annular die, this paper has designed a mold- ing structure with conical die. With the Hertzian contact theory, a simple model was built to calculate the range of taper angle and extruding force based on the force analysis of straw in extruding area, the gripping hight of straw based on the force analysis of straw in the extruding area, and the power based on the force analysis of roller. Besides, this paper has analyzed the key parameters to offer reference for the further designing.
