摘要
针对大型六轴数控移动回转压头框式液压机的特点,分析了液压机可靠性设计过程,建立了可移动载荷的上横梁强度和刚度计算模型及可靠性分析模型。采用验算点法(FORM)及蒙特卡罗法(MCM),利用MATLAB进行编程,计算其应力、变形及强度与刚度的可靠度,分析了强度与刚度及其可靠性随压头移动时油缸加载偏心距的变化规律,即随着偏心距的增大强度及刚度的可靠性呈增大趋势。
According to the characteristic of a large 6 axis CNC moveable and rotary ram frame hydraulic press, the process of the reliability design for the press was analyzed. The strength and stiffness computation model and reliability analysis model of mova- ble load applied on the upper beam were built. By applying FORM (First Order Reliability Method) and the adaptive Monte Carlo Method ( MCM), and by using MATLAB to make program to calcu- late reliability of its stress, deformation, strength and stiffness. The regularity of the strength, stiffness and its reliability varying with the difference of oil cylinder loading eccentricity while the ram is moving was analyzed, that is the reliability of the strength and stiffness will increase with the increasing of eccentricity.
