摘要
回转体的高精度衡重参数对于航行器工程有着重要的意义。应用三点称重法测量原理,设计了一套测量回转体衡重参数的测试台。使用SolidWorks软件完成了衡重参数测试台所有零部件的三维建模及虚拟样机的装配,根据总体误差要求,进行了测试台位置误差分配,最后对设计时采取的主要技术措施进行了总结。该测试台模型不仅考虑了功能的完整性,也考虑了加工实践问题,具有设计合理、测量精度高和可操作性强等优点,并已制造为实物投入使用。
The high precision barymeter parameters play an important role in vehicle engineering. By applying three points weighing principle, a measuring desk of the barrycenter parameter was designed in this paper. Firstly, by means of SolidWorks software, 3D model of all components of the barymeter parameter desk is drawn and virtual prototype was assembled. Secondly, according to whole error requirement, the position error of the desk was distributed. Thirdly, main technological measures were summarized in the design. The desk model considers not only the integrity of the function, but also considers the processing practice problems. It is reasonable in design, high in measuring accuracy, easy to operate and so on. The desk has already been used in reality.
