摘要
针对河南天宏特种焦化公司洗苯塔安装施工中面临的施工场地狭小、吊装困难等问题,提出了塔筒体结构倒装法施工工艺,通过对塔筒体结构及重量因素进行稳定性、强度等计算分析,选用合适的桅杆、绞车、钢丝绳、吊环等机具,利用桅杆将塔筒体各段自上而下依次吊起、组对、焊接、安装,实现大型塔筒体结构在施工场地狭小情况下的安全吊装。
According to the small and narrow construction site, the emplacement difficulty and other problems in the installation and construction of the benzene washing tower in Henan Tianhong Special Coking Company, a technique of the reversed installationmethod for the tower silo structure was provided. With the calculation and analysis on the stability, strength and others on the tower silo structure and the weight factors, the suitab|emast, winch, steel cable, ring and other tools were selected and applied. Themast could be applied to the hoisting, assembling, welding and installation in sequence from the top to bottom at each section of the tower silo structure and thus a safety emplacement of the large tower silo structure could be conducted when the construction site was in a narrow condition.
