摘要
以魏家地煤矿运输大巷返修试验段工程为依托,应用FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立与实际支护设计相一致的计算模型,并结合现场监测结果进行分析,得到在"锚网喷+锚注"一次支护基础上进行留设柔垫层让压联合支护方案适应三软煤层变形特征。现场试验表明:返修支护方案是可行的,保证了运输大巷围岩的稳定,满足了魏家地煤矿安全生产的需要。
Base on the repair and test section project of the mine transportation roadway in Weijiadi Mine as the background, the FLAC30 numerical simulation software was applied to establish a calculation model same to the actual support design. An analysis was conducted on the site monitoring and measuring results. Base on the primary support of the "bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting + bolt/grouting", a left flexible cushion yielding combined support plan was obtained and was suitable for the deformation features of the seam with soft roof, soft coal and soft floor. The site test showed that the repair plan was feasible, could ensure the stability of the surrounding rock in the mine transportation roadway and could meet the requirements o the safety production in Weijiadi Mine.
