结缔组织病相关肺间质疾病18例临床分析

Clinical features of connective tissue diseases complicated with interstitial lung diseases:an analysis of 18 cases

目的复习结缔组织病相关间质性肺病(CTD-ILD)患者临床特征。方法回顾性分析我院2008年5月～2011年4月期间住院确诊为CTD-LD 18例患者的临床资料。结果呼吸系统症状以咳嗽、呼吸困难为主。治疗采用以糖皮质激素为中心,免疫抑制剂、细胞毒性药物为辅助的综合治疗方法。结论对易合并肺病变的CTD患者尽早进行针对ILD的常规筛查,早发现、早诊断、早治疗可明显改善预后。

Objective To improve the understanding of connective tissue disease complicated with interstitial lung diseases（ CTD- ILD） ,the clinical datum of patients with CTD-ILD were reviewed. Methods The clinical datum of 18 CTD-ILD patients diagnosed in PLA 309 Hospital from May 2008 to April 2011, were used to analyse retrospectively. Results Respiratory symptoms with cough and dyspnea were common. Glucocorticoid combined with e agent and cytotoxic drug played an important role in therapy Conclusions The CTD patients with pulmonary disease should accept the routine screening of ILD to diagnose CTD-ILD early,which can improve the prognosis significantly.
