目的探讨无创机械通气患者中常见的并发症发生率及其处理的方法。方法分析和总结153例无创机械通气患者中常见并发症及其处理的方法,观察并发症的发生率及处理方法的有效性。结果常见并发症有胃肠胀气(发生率27.45%)、面部压伤(发生率11.76%),刺激性结膜炎(发生率4.57%)、食物误吸(发生率1.96%)。经过调整呼吸机参数及相应处理后,所有并发症均得到纠正和改善。结论无创机械通气可能发生一些并发症,但经过有效的处理均可以得到纠正和改善。

Objective To investigate the incidence and treatment methods of common complications in patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods The common complications and the corresponding treatment in 153 patients with non - invasive mechanical ventilation were analyzed and summarized, The incidence of complications, and treatment effectiveness. Results The common complications were flatulence （ incidence 27.45% ）, facial crush （ incidence 11.76% ）, irritant conjunctivitis （ incidence 4.57% ）, and food aspiration （ incidence 1.96% ）. After the adjustment of ventilator parameters and the corresponding treatment, all complications were corrected and improved. Conclusions Noninvasive mechanical ventilation may exist some complications, which can be corrected and improved after effective treatment.
