加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床观察

Clinical observation of Gatifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

目的了解加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法观察组43例,用加替沙星治疗,对照组41例用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察症状体征改善及细菌阴转情况。结果两组治疗临床有效率和细菌清除率均无显著性差异。结论加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of gatifloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. Methods 43 patients treated with gatifloxacin were in the observation group; The control group of 41 patients was treated with levofloxacin. The symptoms and signs and bacteria negative conversion were observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no differernces in the clinical efficacy and treatment rates of bacterial clearance between the two groups. Conclusions It is safe and effective for gatifloxacin to treat lower respiratory tract infections.
