甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效

Clincal effect of mannatide combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的观察甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法选择93例住院肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液患者,分别给予胸腔内注射甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂,与单用甘露聚糖肽、顺铂,每周1次,连续注射2～3周。结果甘露聚糖肽联合顺铂组治疗有效率87.5%,单用甘露聚糖肽组有效率58.1%,单用顺铂组有效率56.7%(P<0.05)。结论甘露聚糖肽联用顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效优于单用甘露聚糖肽及单用顺铂组。

Objective To observe the effect of mannatide combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 93 cases suffering from malignant pleural effusion combined with pulmonary cancer were randomly divided into three groups ：32 patients in the treatment group were treated with mannatide and cisplatin,31 patients were treated with mannatide and 30 patients were treated with cisplatin. The close were offered one time every week for 2 - 3 weeks. Results The total effective rates in the treatment group, mannatide group and cisplatin group were respectively 87.5% ,58.1% ,56. 7% （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of using mannatide and cisplatin together in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is superior to using only mannatidc or eisplatin.
