NT-proBNP检测用于鉴别呼吸困难病因的临床意义被引量：1

摘要目的探讨呼吸困难患者NT-proBNP检测意义。方法测定发生呼吸困难的COPD患者血浆NT-proBNP的含量。结果心源性呼吸困难组血浆NT-proBNP含量显著高于肺源性呼吸困难组(P<0.05)。结论 NT-proBNP检测可用于两类呼吸困难的重要鉴别指标。
