摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者的可干预危险因素与单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)基因-2518G/A多态性的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应一限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测148例脑梗死患者和130例健康成人的MCP-1的基因型及基因频率分布。同时回顾病史分别调查2组的糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、吸烟等情况并进行统计学分析。结果 (1)MCP-1基因2518G/A基因型和等位基因分布频率在伴或下伴高血压病、高脂血症、糖尿病、吸烟各组间分布差异均无统计学意义(P>O.05);(2)MCP-1基因2518G基因合并高血压病、高脂血症、糖尿病、吸烟与未合并上述因素者梗死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MCP-1基因-2518G/A基因多态性与糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、吸烟无关。MCP-1基因2518G与高血脂症、糖尿病、高血压病、吸烟在脑梗死发病中无协同作用。
Objective To explore the correlation between interfered risk factors of cerebral infarction and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-l)gene 2518G/A polymorphism.Methods With technique of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),MCP-l genotype and gene frequency distribution were detected in 148 cases of cerebral infarction and 130 normal person.Retrospectively reviewed the distribution of diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipemia and smoking between the two groups and performed the statistical analysis.Results(1) There was no significant differences of MCP-l gene 2518G/A genotypes and allele frequency distribution in people whether or not with hypertension, hyperlipemia,diabetes mellitus smoking(P0.05).(2) There was no significant difference of the infarction ratio whether people with diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipemia,smoking or not(P0.05).Conclusion These result suggested that there was no correlation between MCP-l gene 2518G/A gene polymorphisms and diabetes mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipemia, and smoking.There were no synergism between MCP-l gene 2518G mutation and hyperlipemia,diabetes mellitus, hypertension,smoking in cerebral infarction patients.
