摘要成人髋关节发育不良（developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH）出现髋关节骨性关节炎的几率很高,严重影响生活质量。我院自2007年5月—2010年11月采用组配式生物型假体行全髋关节置换术治疗成人髋关节发育不良伴骨性关节炎13例（17髋）,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。
