摘要 为了保障关键设备的运行安全可靠,以克服经典的可靠性分析方法难以评估单台运行设备可靠性的不足,提出了一种利用设备响应状态信息的运行可靠性评估方法.该方法利用设备响应状态信息,应用小波包分析和距离评估技术,提取并优选反映设备运行状态的敏感特征指标,然后结合比例协变量模型,给出基本响应协变量函数的定量计算方法,从而建立了设备的可靠性评估模型,实现了设备的运行可靠性评估.该方法通过特征优选将敏感响应协变量特征指标引入到设备可靠性评估中,实现了基本响应协变量函数的准确定量计算及设备运行可靠性的有效评估.将该方法应用到数控机床刀具的可靠性分析中,有效地评估了数控机床刀具的运行可靠性,并验证了提出方法的合理性和有效性. Assuring key equipment to run safely is crucial to improve the reliability of mechanical equipment.However,it is difficult for the classical reliability analysis methods to achieve the reliability assessment of single equipment.An operating reliability assessment method by equipment response condition information is proposed.Wavelet packet analysis and distance evaluation are employed to extract and optimize response covariates reflecting the equipment operation state.And combining with proportional covariate model,the quantitative calculation scheme for the baseline response covariate function is proposed.Then the reliability assessment model is established to achieve the reliability assessment,where sensitive response covariate is introduced by means of covariate optimization,and the baseline response covariate function is gained and the operating reliability is evaluated.The proposed strategy is applied to reliability assessment of cutting tool of CNC machine to verify the rationality and efficiency.
