摘要
阐述了大天池构造带沙坪场气田SCADA系统的建设历程,从SCADA系统适应工艺需求实现生产过程的各项功能、数据采集高效和准确、自控回路稳定可靠、关键控制设备实现就地或远程控制、网络结构合理、自控仪表(设备)选型合理及外委维护成效明显等方面对大天池构造带沙坪场气田SCADA系统成功应用效果进行了分析。从沙坪场气田SCADA系统设计、运行管理、维护、优化调整等方面提出可行性建议。
this thesis had expatiated the SCADA system's constructing process at Datianchi structural belt.analysed the apply effect of SCADA system at Datianchi structural belt though every function that SCADA system adapts technics's needs to fit production requirements、data acquisition efficient and exact、Automatic control circuit steady and reliable、the crucial control devices realize filed or remote control、network structure ' rationalization、autocontrol instrument(device) type selection in reason and noticeable outsourcing achievement.Put forward a feasibility proposition through the Datianchi SCADA system's design、operations management、 maintenance、optimization and adjusting etc.
