养阴活血法治疗放射性肺炎急性期临床研究

Clinical Research on Acute Radiation Pneumonitis Treated with the Method of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Flow

目的:探讨养阴活血法治疗急性期放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性期放射性肺炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。两组均采用口服强的松片每日30 mg,分3次口服。治疗组加用养阴活血汤,方药组成:牡丹皮12g,赤芍20 g,太子参25 g,丹参25 g,川贝母12 g,麦冬25 g,杏仁12 g,三七(粉)3 g。气喘较重者加五味子12 g,胸痛甚者加延胡索12 g,水煎服,1剂/d,早晚分服。两组均以15 d为1疗程,观察1疗程。结果:对照组有效率63.33%,治疗组有效率86.67%。两组对比有效率的差异具有显著性(χ2=8.523,P<0.05)。结论:养阴活血法治疗急性期放射性肺炎疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the method of nourishing yin and promoting blood flow in treating acute radiation pneumonitis.Methods：60 cases of acute radiation pneumonitis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given oral prednisone tablets 30 mg daily,administered for 3 times.The treatment group was additionally given Yangyin Huoxue Decoction,which was composed of the following herbs,Cortex Moutan 12 g,red peony root 20 g,Radix pseudostellariae 25 g,red sage root 25 g,Fritillaria,12 g,Radix Ophiopogonis 25 g,almond 12 g,notoginseng powder 3 g.For severe asthma,add Schisandra 12 g,for deteriorated chest pain,add Corydalis 12 g.1 formula was given per day,which was decocted with water and administered in the morning and evening.15 d was regarded as a course of treatment for both groups,which were observed for a course of treatment.Results：The efficiency in the control group was 63.33% while the treatment group was 86.67%.Comparison between two groups showed the efficiency had significant difference（χ2=8.523,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yangyin Huoxue Decoction has significant effect in treating acute radiation pneumonitis.
